Site Team Agenda April 10, 2025 Joson Singh – Site Plan Review. Applicant is requesting approval for the development and construction of a drive-through convenience store with fuel facilities. The property is located at the southwest corner of W. 6th Street and Chenowith Loop Rd. and further described as 2N 13E 29 DA tax lot 1500. Cody Cornett – Minor Partition. Applicant is requesting approval to partition one parcel into two parcels of equal size. The property is located at the northeast corner of E. 12th and Federal Streets and further described as1N 13E 3 CC tax lot 1000. Matthew Klebes, City of The Dalles – Right-of-Way Vacation. Applicant is requesting approval to vacate the portion of Federal Street between E. 1st and E. 2nd Streets to create a new City-owned property (not right-of-way) that will serve as the site for a new downtown plaza and the Gorge Bike Hub. This plan also aims to repurpose the old transportation building as an office for The Dalles Main Street and the new home for the Veterans Museum, which is currently housed at City Hall.
