The Newberg City Council met for as Study Session on January 18, 2020. There was discussion on the attributes of an ideal government How to develop positive and productive relationships with: Internal teams - elected and employed, customers - the citizens and participants, partners - private and all levels and types of public agencies, those of differing position and discordant voices. The City Management team presented departmental goals There was discussion on the Community Vision The Council narrowed their goals to: Solve the troubles (internal strife at City Hall).
