Levying against the property especially benefited thereby, assessments for the cost and construction of sewers within the Sewer Improvement District described as follows:Beginning at the intersection of 4th and Olive Streets and running thence South along 4th Street to Harrison Street; also beginning at the intersection of 7th and Harrison Streets and running thence East to 5th Street; also beginning at the intersection of 6th and Harrison Streets and running thence South in 6th Street one and one-half blocks, thence East 350 feet, more or less; also along the alley in Block 1, Mountain View Addition, also along the alley in Block 6, Mountain View Addition; also east along the alley in Boslar Addition, and thence east 50 feet; also beginning at the intersection of 5th and Olive Streets and running thence north into Mary Street; also beginning at the West end of Mary Street and running East along Mary Street to 3rd Street, also beginning at the intersection of 5th and Olive Streets and running thence East along Olive Street to 3rd Street; also beginning at the intersection of 5th and Olive Streets and running thence South along 5th Street to Harrison Street
