Taking jurisdiction of the following proposed improvement districts for the purpose of constructing sidewalks on the following places; in front of Lot 3 and the North one-half of Lot 2 Block 2 in the Williams Addition in the City of Lebanon; and beginning a point approximately 80.5' South of the NE Corner of Lot 1 Block 7 supplemental plat of Blocks 52 to 61 inclusive, Hyland Addition and running approximately 101' South to the SE of said lot; approximately 126' of sidewalk on the 5th Street side of Lot 5 Block 6 Hyland Addition and approximately 50' of sidewalk on Morton abutting Lot 4 Block 6 Mountain View Addition; and approximately 72' of sidewalk on Isabella Street along the East 10' of Lot 2 and Lot 3, except the East 4' in Block 5, Kirkpatrick 3rd Addition, all being in the City of Lebanon, Linn County Oregon; ordering the same to be done by contract to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder and directing the City Recorder to publish notice inviting proposals for bids and declaring an emergency
