Amending Section 2 of Bill 1942-09, Ord 567 as amended by Bill 1948-24, Ord 674 and Bill 1948-25, Ord 675 by adopting all amendments to Chapter 3, Title 115, OCBA which have been enacted since the passage of said Section 2, by re-enacting Bill 1948-24, Ord 674 and Bill 1948-25, Ord 675 and adopting all amendments thereto,m and adopting additional provisions of the State Motor Vehicle Code, also by adding another section to Bill 1942-09, Ord 567 designated as Section 2-A, and by amending Section 39 of Bill 1942-09, Ord 567 as amended by Bill 1952-11, Ord 840 increasing the maximum fine and also re-enacting Bill 1947-11, Ord 648, which attempted to amend Bill 1942-09, Ord 567 and declaring an emergency (Repealed by Bill 1967-53, Ord 1283)
