Taking jurisdiction of the following proposed improvement districts: Berry Street from Main Street to Hiatt Street; Carlson Drive from Ash Street to North end of Carlson Drive: Carrol Street from Jennings Street to South End of Carrol Street; Eddie Street from Elmore Street to Oak Street: Elmore Street from Eddie East end of Elmore Street; Franklin Street from Milton Street to Elmore Street; Hiatt Street from Milton Street to Jennings Street; Maple Street from 2nd Street to 3rd Street; that portion of North Main Street from the West side of the intersection of North Main and Wheeler Streets West to the East end of Morton Street; thence North on Main Street to US Highway 20 which is now not paved, being a strip 6' wide on each side of North Main Street; Olive Street from 2nd Street to North Main Street; East Sherman Street from Cleveland East to the East end of that portion of East Sherman Street abutting upon and East of Cleveland Street; and Wheeler Street from Williams Street East to the City limits. Ordering the same to be done by contract to be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder, and directing the City Recorder to publish notice inviting proposals for bids, and declaring an emergency
