Authorizing the issuance and sale of Improvement Bonds of the City of Lebanon, Oregon in the amount of $74,709.00 as an act of the legislature of the State of Oregon, as amended by the several amendatory acts thereto, said act being Chapter 21, Title 95 OCIA as amended, being commonly known as "Bancroft Bonding Act", and declaring an emergency (Amended by Bill 1950-53, Ord 796)
