Authorizing, Empowering and Directing the Mayor and City Recorder of the City of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon, to Execute and Deliver to the Oregon Electric Railway Company, its Successors and Assigns, a Special Warranty Deed, Containing Covenants of Warranty Against the Acts and Deeds of the Said City of Lebanon and Granting and Conveying Unto the Said Oregon Electric Railway Company its Successors and Assigns Certain Real Property, Now Owned by the City of Lebanon, and More Particularly Hereinafter Described; Whereas, by Res 1929-02, Duly and Regularly Passed by the City Council of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon the Superintendent of Streets, R. Oldham, was Duly Authorized to Sell at Private Sale, for Cash in Hand to the Highest Bidder Lot 4 of Block 4, Center Addition to Lebanon, Linn County Oregon, Except Therefrom the North 20' of said Lot
