In the Matter of the Street Improvement Districts for the construction of Curbing and paving of Berry Street from Main Street to Hiatt Street, Carlson Drive from Ash Street to North end of Carlson Drive, Carrol Street from Jennings Street to South end of Carrol Street, Eddie Street from Elmore $treet to Oak Street, Elmore Street from Eddie to East end of Elmore Street, Franklin Street from Milton Street to Elmore Street, Hiatt Street from Milton Street to Jennings Street, Hiatt Street from Rose Street to Dodge Street, Maple Street from 2nd Street to 3rd Street, That portion of North Main Street from the West side of the intersection of North Main and Wheeler Streets west to the east end of Morton Street, thence North on Main Street to US Highway No. 20 which is now not paved, being a strip 6 feet wide on each side of North Main Street, Olive. Street from 2nd Street to North Main Street, East Sherman Street from Cleveland east to the east end of that portion of East Sherman Street abutting upon and East of Cleveland Street, Wheeler Street from Williams Street east to the City Limits
