Sale of Property to Cedrick Wallce: Beginning at a point which is South 2230.14 feet and West 1815.66 feet distant from the Northeast corner of the D.L.C. of James Ridgeway, in Township 12 South, Range 2 West of the Willamette Meridian., and running thence N. 79° 19' W. 162 feet to the center of a slough; thence S. 10°W. 92 feet along the center of said slough; thence S. 6° 30' W. 132.4 feet; thence S. 42° E. 33 feet to the North boundary line of the Oregon & California right-of-way; thence N. 45°151 E. 206.58 feet along said right-of-way to the center of the county road; thence N. 17° 15' E. 72.92 feet along the center of said road to the point of beginning; containing (.6) of an acre,more or less, all situate in Linn County, Oregon.
