Lots Three ( 3), Four (4) and Five (5) in Block Six (6), J. hi:. Ralston's Fourth Addition to said City are not needed for public use and should be sold and that Lots Three (3) and Four (4) shall be sold by the City Recorder for not less than One Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150.00) each, plus the cost of advertising and the cost of the cement walks abutting thereon for cash
