Transfer Several Street Improvement Bond Sinking Funds into the Combined Improvement Bond Sinking Fund. Authorizing Transfer from the General Fund to the Combined Street Improvement Bond Sinking Fund the Sum of $1,000.00 to be Returned to said General Fund as Collections are Made on Street Improvements Further Authorizing the Transfer of said Money into the Combined Improvement Bond Sinking Fund to Pay and Cancel Four Bonds of $500.00 now Held as Investment in the Bike and Street Improvement Fund
