A resolution directing S.I. Stewart, a competent surveyor and City Engineer of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon, to make a survey of a new street running from the North line of the intersection of Main and Wheeler Streets in Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon; thence North to the Crown Willamette Railroad spur, which spur runs East and West along Olive Street; then in a general Northwesterly direction intersecting Main Street at a point about 225' South of the North City Limits of Lebanon, Linn County, Oregon, at a place where there is a slight turn in said Main Street; and to mark the boundaries of such street and to make a plat thereof and a written report containing a full and complete description of such street and the boundaries thereof and the portions of each lot or tract of land to be appropriated therefore
