Anyone wishing to be heard on any item not having a set time should arrive at 9:00 a.m. to avoid missing any item of interest. The Commission will have breakfast (7:30} at the DEQ offices, 811 s. w. Sixth Avenue, Portland. Agenda items may be discussed at breakfast. The Commission will also have lunch at the DEQ offices. The next commission meeting will tentatively be January 29, 1987, in Portland, Oregon.
