Fifth Avenue Portland, Oregon SPECIAL MEETING The Environmental Quality Commission (EQC) will meet by conference telephone at 2:00 p.m. on Augus~ 1 in Portland to consider the composition of the Woodstove Advisory Committee; to formulate the charge to that committee; and to establish a time schedule for action by the committee. Interested members of the public can be present during this conference call, which will be held at DEQ headquarters in Room 1400. The woodstove certification bill (HE 2235) , as signed into law by the Governor on July 5, 1983, gives the EQC authority to establish an advisory committee to aid the Commission in the adoption of woodstove emission performance standards and testing criteria.
