Tax credits [*T-1466 was withdrawn; T-1356 ard T-1390 were denied] PUBLIC FORUM An opportunity for citizens to address the Commission on environmental issues and concerns not a part of this scheduled meeting. The Commission reserves the right to discontinue this forum after a reasonable time if an unduly large number of speakers wish to appear. HEARING AUTHORIZATIONS Public testimony will be accepted on the advisability of scheduling a public hearing but not on the substance of the rule. D. Request for authorization to conduct public hearings on proposed amendments to rules governing on-site sewage disposal, OAR 340-71-100 to 340-71-600, OAR 340-73-025 to 340-73-085. ACTION AND INFORMATIONAL ITEMS Public testimony will be taken on all remaining items except those for which a public hearing has previously been held. Those items on which testimony will not be taken are indicated by an asterisk (*). However, the Commission may choose to question interested parties present at the meeting. E. Reconsideration of approval of Lane Regional Air Pollution Authority (LRAPA) to administer New Source Performance Standards (NSPS) for kraft pulp mills. * M. Proposed adoption of a hazardous waste schedule of civil penalties, OAR 340, Division 12. N. Status report on the Total Suspended Particulate Strategy for the Medford-Ashland AQMA. O. Informational report: Attorney General's opinion concerning solid waste disposal and resource recovery from solid waste. WORK SESSION The Commission reserves this time if needed to further consider proposed action on any item on the agenda. Because of the uncertain .time span involved, the Commission reserves the right to deal with any item at any time in the meeting except those items with a designated ti.me certain. Anyone wishing to be heard on an agenda item that doesn't have a designated time on the agenda should be at the meeting when it commences to be certain they don't miss the agenda item. The Commission will breakfast (7:30 am) at the Portland Mctor Hotel, 1414 s. W. Sixth Avenue, Portland; and will lunch at DEQ Headquarters, 522 S. W. Fifth Avenue, Portland.
