Request for authorization to hold a public hearing to consider amendments and additions to standards of performance for new stationary sources, OAR 340-25-505 to -535, F. Request for authorization to conduct public hearings on amendments to rules governing subsurface sewage disposal and nonwater-carried sewage disposal facilities schedule of civil penalties, OAR 340-12-060. G. Request for authorization to conduct a public hearing on the proposed revision to the emission limits in the State Implementation Plan for the boiler at the Weyerhaeuser Company plant in Bly, Oregon. 9:10 am PUBLIC FORUM H. Opportunity for any citizen to give a brief oral or written presentation on any environmental topic of concern. If appropriate, the Department will respond to issues in writing or at a subsequent meeting.
