Request for authorization to conduct a public hearing to consider amendmehts to the motor vehicle emission testing rules to provide for housekeeping changes including the clarification of allowable engine changes (OAR 340-24-300 through 350). E. Request for authorization to conduct a public hearing on proposed amendments to noise control regulations for the sale of new passenger cars and light trucks (OAR 340-35-025). F. Request for authorization to conduct a public hearing to consider proposed permanent rule revision to agricultural burning rules (OAR 340-26-005 through 26-030) and amendment to the Oregon State Implementation Plan. 9:15 am PUBLIC FORUM G. Opportunity for any citizen to give a brief oral or written presentation on any environmental topic of concern. If appropriate, the Department will respond to issues in writing or at a subsequent meeting.
