Annexing Adjoining Lands to City A tract of land lying and being in Section 28, T. 3 S„, R. 1 E„, of the W» M., in the County of Clackamas and State of Oregon, described as follows; Beginning at the southwest corner of Lot 56, Pruneland; running thence South along the southerly extension of the west line of said Lot 56 to a point in the south line of the Territorial Road; thence Northeasterly along the southerly line of said road and the northerly line of Lot 46 Canby Gardens to the northerly terminus of the west line of Amrine Road; thence North to the center line of the Territorial Road; thence North 78° 241 East along said centerline 20 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe set at the southwest corner of that tract conveyed to Mary L. Collins, et al, by deed recorded September 26, 1946, in Deed Book 377, page 429, Records of Clackamas County, Oregon; thence North along the west line of said Collins tract 945 feet, more or less, to the intersection of said west line with the easterly extension of the north line of Lot 54 Pruneland; thence West along said easterly extension and said north line of said Lot 54 Pruneland 660 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot 54; thence South along the west line of Lots 54, 55 and 56 Pruneland to the southwest corner of said Lot 56 and point of beginning.
