Item A: Clean Fuels Program Temporary Variance (Action)
DEQ will propose that the commission authorize DEQ’s Director to grant a temporary variance to the Clean Fuels Program’s Annual Report and Credit Clearance Market deadlines. This delay is necessitated by the April 2025 cyberattack against DEQ taking down the program’s reporting system, making it impossible for regulated parties to correct their data and transfer credits to come into compliance by the normal April 30 deadline.
