Item H: Cleaner Air Oregon Five-Year Report (Informational)
Agency staff will update the commission on the implementation of the Cleaner Air Oregon program, including how the program is reducing air toxics emissions and associated health risks since rule adoption in November 2018. The report provides the status of permitted facilities in the program, highlights of the successes and challenges the program has faced over the past five years of implementation, and strategies and resources DEQ will utilize moving forward to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the program.
