Subject: question on Blaine Street Animal Shelter Agreement

Hi all, 

I�m working on my contract filing stacks. 
Does either of you know if Habitat pulled their building permits for this property by last year ?
The attached contract states they have to have pulled their permits within 3 years (by 2017) and 
constructed within 5 years (by 2019).
I�m not sure if the property transfer then takes place in 2019 or ???

Let me know so I can add the information to the file.
I�ve filed this in Contracts for now but put a note in the file that in 2019 it should transfer to Property 
records, where it will be kept permanently.
