Hello, commissioners.

I look forward to the special meeting this Friday, scheduled 10:30-11:30 a.m., 
and have a few last details to pass along.

The attached slides are a small update to those you received last week. 
Nothing related to the proposal has changed, just the way a few slides are 
worded. This is the presentation staff will give on Friday.

For commissioners attending in-person, we will be in room 10 at DEQ's 
headquarters. When you come to the 10th floor, head straight back from the 
elevators (instead of to the left for EQC-A). The room is rather small, but 
should meet your needs. I will have paper copies of the report and slides 
available for you at the meeting.

For those attending by phone, please dial into the call at or just before 
10:30 a.m. The toll-free conference line is 1-877-873-8017, and you will be 
prompted to enter the participant code: 474939 #.

The meeting has only one item, action item A regarding the Clean Water State 
Revolving Fund program, and we do anticipate it taking less than the 60 
minutes allotted.
