eliminates 2 steps in the process. Am I getting too pushy?

Katie, Congratulations! I'll use this email as proof that I can move forward 
with filing. Would you file the redline version and a clean version of the EQC 
approved rules on \\deqhq1\Rule_Development\Currrent Plan\WQ-RM-SRF-Katie 
Foreman\7-PostEQC? When you finish, I'll file with SOS with the rules becoming 
effective Feb. 3, 2014. I'll also notify Legislative Counsel.
