Council Roundup March 16, 2026 City Council met for their regularly scheduled meeting and the following transpired: Heard a presentation from the city manager on the statistical data from 2022-2025 Heard a presentation on the replacement plans for the roof of City Hall, to be brought back to council on 4/20/2026 for approval. Approved Resolution 2026-4018 adopting the new monthly water, wastewater, stormwater, and transportation utility fee rates for the City of Newberg effective January 1, 2027, and January 1, 2028. Discussed the creation of an Ad-Hoc Committee for the River Street Renovations and gave staff directions to begin work on recruitment.
