Dear Jerry:

Enclosed are two copies of the Voluntary Cleanup Letter Agreement to cover the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality’s (DEQ) initial review and development of a Remedial Investigation / Feasibility Study Workplan to be performed for the Macadam Sunset Fuels / Pacific Pride sites #1 and #2. This agreement is intended to facilitate DEQ oversight and assistance with current work required at this high-priority site. This Letter Agreement may be supplanted with a Formal Agreement as this project develops and more specific project details become apparent.

Please sign both copies of the Letter Agreement and return one copy and a $5,000 deposit check made payable to the Department of Environmental Quality by October 29, 2007.
