We believe that this assessment is necessary to better determine in a more statistically valid way the distribution and concentrations of organochlorine pesticides on Lot 1. We could not determine from the previous assessment whether discrete samples were collected in exposed soil/vegetated areas only, graveled areas only, or both. Thus, further assessment is needed.
