Subject:	General Pacific Strippings to Townsend Business Park Lot 6

This complicates the permitting.  All work would have to be stopped as the General Pacific 
Permit would have to go out for Public Notice now that it is exceeding the five acre disturbed 
acreage mark and Lot 6 would have to be included into the ESCP for Lot 14 General Pacific site.
