Importance: Normal
Attachments: 180508_(Townsend_Fa)Tasks-ltr(V04).pdf; Hi Ken, Knowing that you are engaged in preparing a scope of work for Townsend Farms Inc. (TFI) to address the area-wide EDB issue in ground water, ENW, on behalf of TFI, offers for ODEQ’s consideration the tasks with stated objectives outlined in the attached letter. These tasks are the types of actions that TFI is committed to do to confirm our findings and assist in identifying possible sources of EDB that are impacting the City of Fairview’s wells. I hope that we can discuss these tasks with you to expeditiously develop a scope of work upon which TFI and ODEQ can readily agree. In this regard, I propose that we have a conversation at your convenience to further this discussion. Respectfully, Paul Trone Principal Geologist 503-452-5561 ph 503-522-7880 cel “This communication may contain privileged and/or confidential information.
