HI Paul-

I am not aware that anyone needs to inspect, but I have copied EJ from the Water quality program.  
Regarding the SAP and soil management plan, Bob was on vacation and then out sick, but I hope to 
send my approval as soon as possible this week. You have all my comments.  For your information, I 
received no comments on the lot 11 PPA.  I am meeting with management this afternoon on status.

Hi Paul,

Lot 11 is complete with the exception of seeding.  Do you or someone at DEQ need to 
inspect Lot 11 before it is seeded?

The fill placed on Lot 6 has been graded.  It will be finish graded and capped when the 
soil dries out a bit.  We plan to sample the entire Lot 6 the middle of next week.
