Subject: DEQ approval of RCRA waste disposal
Audrey,
I have been requested to evaluate drill cuttings characterization data for 17 drums to approve for disposal. I do this only every couple of years, so am fuzzy on details. I previously worked with Jay Collins on this. I have not met his Haz. Waste Inspector replacement.
The attached letter from 2020 is my proposed model for the current request (and is for the same site). Is this still a good choice?
