Hi Ken –

Looking at the results, with NDs for TCE and with TC metals below the leachate concentration thresholds, if you say these are representative for the IDW generated (above the gw table, so unlikely contaminated by the plume of TCE anyway), I think you are good to go. I don’t see any criteria to call this particular waste a hazardous waste.

DEQ Hazardous Waste prefers to let this waste go off as non-hazardous waste without further work, unless the generator or consultant says otherwise in their determination.
