Thank you for your very rapid review of the work plan to install wells BOP-70 and BOP-71. Currently we plan to start drilling directly upon the completion of drilling for replacement wells MW-14 at the Cascade Corp site (early next week). We have been working with the City of Gresham to obtain access agreements and place the wells in locations that should not interfere with future roadway improvements plans.

I have reviewed the work plan for installation of new monitoring wells BOP70(ds) and BOP71(ds) and approve this work. The only question I have is whether there is any resonable possibility that these locations will be impacted by road development.
Please let me know at least five days in advance when the drilling will occur. I will place a copy of this email in the file to document approval.
