Thank you, Mavis.
I just noted two edits to match the annual report, under sections 5.4 and 5.7, below. Thanks again.

Subject: Annual Report Recommendations
I have reviewed the TSA Remedial Action Annual Performance Evaluation report, dated June 30, 2006, and discussed the recommendations in the report as well as several changes in the text of Section 5. I agree to the following recommendations:
5.2.1.1: pilot shut down continue during the coming year for EW-4 through EW-6, EW-17, EW-21 and RPW-2, and EW-21 be used by the property owner for his use.
5.3: installation of new well EW-23 for improved restoration and inclusion of extracted groundwater in the EW-8 conveyance line and treatment in the Central Treatment System.
5.4: modifications to the water level and water quality performance schedule as shown on Table A-2 that result from restoration progress and plume shrinkage. The wells that are to be removed from the monitoring program are listed in the revised report text (D-15(ds,dg), PMX-141, PMX-165, PMX-345, MW-22(ds), EMC-2(ds), PWB-4(i,d), MW-14(usg), MW-37(usg), PMX-166, PMX-174, PMX-208R, PMX-410R, PWB-2(usg), and DEQ-3(d). (per Table A-2, but it is erroneously omitted in the 9/27/06 text revision.)
5.7: conversion to diffusion bag sampling for each of the TSA remedy monitoring wells in Table A-2 (except for those that are either dry, have less than 5 feet of saturated screen interval, or are private supply wells with private dedicated downhole pumps), and continued diffusion bag testing to define vertical variation in wells BOP-22(ds) and BPO-60(ds).
Let me know if I have missed any recommendations for which you request DEQ approval.
