Marcia, as we agree, I am summarizing our conversation regarding setting up a EMC webpage. We will be preparing the information that Michelle will need to set up the webpage and create links to site documents.

1.  I will put together the information that goes in the first part of the page with ECSI numbers, contacts, and so forth.

2.  The Site Summary is to be short but needs to get the point across that the EMC project is connected to the Boeing and Cascade sites since those sites’ contamination leaked into the next lower aquifer, which is the EMC project, and the two parties are responsible for cleaning up the EMC TSA contamination as well as their own site TGA contamination. And, the cleanups are going well and the parties are taking additional steps to accelerate their cleanups.

3.  In order to provide background information on the status of the cleanup on each of the three sites, we agreed to prepare a new fact sheet (one that would not be sent out) that would come up with the “more” button at the end of the site summary. I will put a draft of this together for you to edit.

4.  At the end of the webpage, I wanted to have a list of current and pertinent documents and each of the three sites would have a heading with their site documents listed. For EMC that would be the 2009 Annual Report and perhaps two TSA well decommissioning reports (wells were found to be leaking). For Cascade the documents would be the most recent annual report (2009 if the 2010 will not yet be available), the exit strategy, and the fact sheet they are preparing to send out to stakeholders. For Boeing the documents would be their most recent annual report (again 2009 if the 2010 will not yet be available), the exit strategy, and perhaps a source area investigation work plan. My thought was these would be links to the documents that are in Webdocs.

5.  I will send you the draft fact sheet that Cascade has prepared. It is way too long and needs serious editing.

We both will be out of pocket Tuesday so will work on these items Wednesday.
