Thanks Ken. I have three general comments:

1. Regarding the first paragraph of the cover letter, the information I found on Portland Maps shows the site covers 27.67 acres, and is on Tax Lot 900 in Section 29A.

2. I think the cover letter can be shortened up quite a bit, since the Memo to the File that you’re quoting from is included in Appendix A. For example, I think the entire third paragraph of the cover letter can be taken out. At the conclusion of your summary of the site history you can just say “Documentation from this period is included in Appendix A”.

3. In Appendix B, Figure 1-2 is a lot easier to read than Figure 3-1. Do you need both Figures?
