Enclosed are three copies of the Agreement and Scope of Work (SOW) prepared by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) for the McCall/Great Western facility located at 5480, 5540, 5700 NW Front Avenue in Portland, Oregon.

Please review these documents and forward them to the appropriate party for signature. Once the three originals have been signed, return them to me for the Administrator's signature. One signed original will be returned to you for your files.
