Attached please find a letter response to your June 10, 2009 correspondence

requesting evaluation of data from those

wells that NW Natural previously proposed for sampling frequency reduction

from quarterly (one year of quarterly is

typical for new wells) to the current semi-annual schedule. The letter

also provides a response to your request to

modify the test methodology for cyanide. Please let me know if you have

any questions.
