Council met at their regularly scheduled meeting and took the following actions: 1. The Mayor made a Proclamation regarding First Amendment Rights 2. Adopted Resolution 2025-3987, allowing the purchase of new public works equipment 3. Adopted Resolution 2025-3988 changing the master fee schedule effective date 4. Reviewed the CET grant contract 5. Approved ordinance 2025-2938 amending the code regarding dancing, cigarette vending machines and the cable commission 6. Adopted Ordinance 2025-2939 updating the Nuisance Ordinance for construction hours 7. Had a work session on Chapter 12 code revisions on street trees 8. Held an executive session pursuant to ORS 192.660(2)(a) to consider the employment of a public officer, employee, staff member, or individual agent.
