Attachments: image001.png; image002.gif; image003.png; Hello Jim, Thank you for your email regarding this site. We have conducted the field work including the proposed soil sampling and development/sampling from the existing well network. The work was conducted in during the week of July 21. We have received most of the laboratory results at this time. Once received, we’ll begin to evaluate the data and prepare our report for submittal to DEQ. The soil vapor/indoor air portion of the work plan has not been conducted, chiefly due to significant construction activity that has been occurring inside the building (removal and addition of walls, new concrete slabs in some portions, sealed flooring in certain areas) that we felt would not provide representative data for typical building operations to evaluate vapor intrusion. We have been working with facility personnel to track construction progress, and identify dates to complete that work, which is expected to be late summer. When the soil vapor/indoor air work is complete, we will provide another schedule update.
