Item J: Individual National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Permits Backlog (Informational) DEQ will present an overview of the current progress in reducing the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) individual permit backlog, including actions taken under the Consent Judgement for NPDES individual permits.
