Item G: Oregon Cascade RV Co-op WPCF-OS Permit Request (Action) The Oregon Cascade RV Co-op facility, located near the McKenzie River, has an active application with DEQ for a new Water Pollution Control Facility-Onsite System permit. This is an existing facility that needs septic system repairs/upgrades and is not proposing to expand beyond its current capacity. The repairs require that the facility obtain a WPCF-OS permit from DEQ based on a design flow of 7,000 gallons per day. Under the regulations known as the “Three Basin Rule," this new WPCF-OS permit that exceeds 5,000 gpd triggers a process that includes EQC approval.
