Item I: Vehicle Inspection Program Updates 2024 (Action) DEQ will present proposed rule changes regarding the Vehicle Inspection Program for commission consideration. The proposed rule revisions include an update to reciprocity provisions for vehicles that are temporarily operating less than 150 miles outside of the Oregon border, clarify testing exemptions for new vehicle models, and codify the remote on-board diagnostic test method.
