In looking at the TPH-Gx for ARCO 4077, the 4^th quarter was 522/520 which is within sample error, although technically it exceeds I would consider it close enough.

Allen Street, after Bryn and you draft the SOW you might ask Don for his thoughts too, before sending it to me.

Here’s a list of my projects for which you are lead worker and an update on status:

Unocal Bulk Plant 20-86-4002: We received an email last week from the consultant indicating that they completed water sampling of MW-12 (well located on commercial property with residential on the other side of the street). They will be submitting a memorandum with results and a workplan to include a soil gas investigation. Closure delayed until next year most likely.

PacPride-Newberg 36-22-0366: Sent draft EES to consultant/RP. Two weeks ago, the consultant asked for a word document format so that the RP could make edits. I suggested that they just make comments on the PDF. I haven’t heard from them since.

Bilsland Mobile 27-84-4009: No movement-still waiting for the consultant to get back to me regarding my request for water sampling.

Diedrich Building 24-23-0130: NFA in manager review, FIR workflow started. Expect to close May (no bean)

TimeOut Food Stop 22-05-0885: Waiting on results from most recent soil gas sampling. I should circle back to them.

ODOT Minto, ROW Sweet Home, Santiam Junction (closed or waiting on payment). My part complete.

OSU Farm Service: Waiting on final payment. My part complete.

OSU Graf Hall : Waiting on consultant to do groundwater and soil gas sampling-On hold until summer.

Arco 4407 24-01-4010: I sent you an email about this one (see attached). I would like to see what you think about this.

Allen Street Soil Gas investigation: working with Bryn on the SOW. After I get that built out you should probably verify that it’s correct. Also, what about a team as I had asked about?

7-eleven24230 22-08-0575: I need to look at this one more time and create an outline of next steps then we can discuss.
