Adopt Resolution 2024-3946: A resolution authorizing the City Manager to sign the contract to spend $428,200

and authorizing the City Manager to accept the Grant awarded to the City from the Oregon Department of

Environmental Quality that reimburses the City a maximum of $257,200.

Motion that the City request that the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and

Development modify the City’s Sequential UGB work program to include adoption of an Economic Opportunities Analysis only and reschedule the City’s adoption of an updated

Housing Needs Analysis and Housing Production Strategy to align

with the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development’s 2027/2028 schedule for compliance with state housing requirements

A motion to explore a one-time UGB amendment as

provided by Oregon Senate Bill 1537 (2024) and provide direction to staff

Motion to direct staff to talk to YCHC to see if they want additional funds
