Special meeting of Oregon Environmental Quality Commission Item C: Contested Cases Overview (Informational) EQC Counsel and DEQ's Manager of the Office of Compliance and Enforcement will provide an overview about the contested case process, EQC's role in that process, the types of materials that come before the EQC in a contested case, and the relevant authorities. There are three contested cases coming before the EQC in the fall of 2024. This item is to help the commission prepare for that work, but the specifics of the three cases will not be discussed during this item.
