RE:  Decision needed for former Progress Dry Cleaners site

Dear Mr. Hudson,

I’ve attached a hard copy of several recent emails about the Progress Dry Cleaners site, which I understand you may not have received.

The email dated September 13, 2013, lays out two options that DEQ would support for moving forward at the site. I ask that you respond in writing, by email or letter. From DEQ’s perspective, a decision is needed so that we can move forward with work at the site, or reallocate funds to other sites awaiting cleanup.
