Per the city’s request, and for the reasons cited in the city’s August 2, 2022 letter to DEQ, the amendment extends the deadline for completing construction of the new wastewater treatment plant to December 1, 2025. Please have the amendment signed by the city and sent to me as a PDF. Once I have received the signed MAO, I will arrange for DEQ’s signature and send you a PDF of the fully executed amendment.
