Attachments: 20200707 Proposed Map.png; Mr. Pinney, Molalla has identified additional fields at the existing Coleman Ranch, which would help both the City and Farmers if it could be irrigated. Attached is a map showing the property boundary. These fields are all zoned EFU in Clackamas County, and total roughly 116 acres. Could you point me in the right direction for beginning the process for getting this site approved? Can the existing RWUP be amended, or would public comment periods apply?
