Good news, just wanted to share this and let you know we are continuing to make progress on the transfer of water rights. We will now wait for the protest period and final order. Total water rights granted pending final order equals 8.0 cfs (which is the same as 4.305 MGD). Our use must begin by October 1, 2055.
